How to Make wireless internet using dial up And use PS3 Gaming online

If you play online with a PS3 38.6 connection or up to 56.0.And have good computer like,(2.0 GB of RAM) I Have 3GB of RAM)I will soon put a video how i play on dial up with my PS3.
