Why Is My Computer Running Slow

This was one of my first flash projects I ever did. short of one lost flash animation I did where I was Wolverine with rotoscoped claws versing the Predator but thats a story for another it. where was I? oh yes body wars this was a project for science I think back in grade 9 explaining the workings of Red and White blood cells and Platelets. it is a little long because I had a slow computer back then so I had to use Snap Shot pro to recored my screen. so that is why it gets slow in some parts

My friend and I disagree on icons on the Windows Desktop.

He says: Too many files on the Desktop slows the computer processing, especially if it’s a program or picture, that too many ‘resources’ are used. But shortcuts to a program stored elsewhere is OK.

I say: The Desktop is just another folder and the number of files doesn’t affect processing.

HELP!! Please.
