How to troubleshoot this in Vista? I used the recovery CD and the Recovery Option but for somereason it doesn’t show me the list of drives. Please help.

Ok so I was in the middle of restarting my laptop, but it was taking a while so i took out the charger and the battery and when I turned it back on the vaio logo came up with the noise, but then it came to the error message: Operating System not found
And I kept trying to reboot it by taking out the battery but the same message keeps appearing and its really worrying me :/ I can’t even go on to my laptop bcuz of the error. Please help!!

i really need i lost track of your video when you were restarting computer and i need help my computer cant even do system recovery from even a disk because it says no operating sys plzzz help

I can’t boot to recovery. I have done it before but it just says ctrl alt b then it says check pcx cable or something like that. Then it gives me that error

after i boot the cd and it downloads drivers it says that its about to start windows but for some reason it takes me to a blue screen saying that its shutting down to prevent damage to the computer..please help
