HowTo #10 – Turn The Control Panel Link to a Drop Down Menu

In this short windows 7 tutorial I show you how to turn the control panel link in the start menu on the taskbar into a drop down menu to quickly access all of the control panel features without having to wait for it to load. This is best used if you have a slow computer that you do not want to have to wait for.
